A Note on Handmade Items

Slight variations in stitching, texture, color, and finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted work, not defects. These small differences are part of what makes each piece unique and entirely yours. 

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery — items must be shipped back within that window. A $15 processing fee applies per returned order and is deducted from your refund. Items should be returned unused and in their original condition. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

Defective Items

If your item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, you're eligible for an exchange. Please email us at info@missieshandmade.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos of the issue. Once we've reviewed it, we'll arrange an exchange for the same item, or a comparable piece if it's no longer available. 

Cancellations

We know plans change! You're welcome to cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once an order has been packed and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, though our standard Returns & Exchanges policy still applies.
